"The question isn't if, but when, as a litigator you will find it imperative to turn to Visual Justice for one of their spectacular productions. They have worked their magic repeatedly for our firm. Visual Justice has the rare ability to capture the visual and substantive essence of a case in a 10-15 minute piece that looks, sounds and feels like the best television has to offer. Whether the product is used for settlement or trial purposes, Visual Justice 'gets' what presenting a case is all about. They blend seamlessly into a team of lawyers and deliver what they promise, when they promise it."

Mr. De Marco's areas of concentration are appellate practice, class actions, and other complex litigation. He has been actively involved in successful litigation related to the U.S. Department of Energy's Fernald nuclear weapons plant, the Lucasville (Ohio) prison riot, Lloyd's of London, Holocaust-related claims against Swiss and Austrian banks, the Bankers Trust derivative scheme, Cincinnati's Aronoff Center, and defective childhood vaccines, among others.

"When you have video footage of people who are actually going to testify at trial on behalf of your client, that's much more compelling, much more persuasive to the ultimate decision makers."

"My experience with Visual Justice has been excellent. What's great about it is that you can give them the set of facts that your case has and then they can run with it and develop themes and come up with creative ways to tell the story of your case. It's not just for the catastrophic cases. It can add value to any case ..."

"I would highly recommend them (Visual Justice) to anybody who is doing serious personal injury cases or wrongful death cases to help enhance the settlement value of their case, or use them to create video tapes and other evidence to be used at trial."
